Reservations received after 5pm, Monday, April 25, 2005 are subject to availability and a $5.00 surcharge. No cancellations will be accepted after 5pm, April 25th.

Club Officers will communicate this information to the hotel or restaurant, but beyond that the Club cannot assume responsibility for full satisfaction. As in any group situation, special requests may not always be met in a complete or timely manner.
