Following the success of previous years, we’re thrilled to return with an expanded program that blends education, networking, and world-class dining in the Hudson Valley’s most renowned culinary setting.
This year’s gathering will include a special Project Future Roundtable—an opportunity to meet CIA students, introduce them to the values of Skål, and inspire the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Skålleague Dan Gibson, General Manager of The Modern (New York City), will join us for a candid conversation with CIA students about building careers and connections in the hospitality industry.
