Chef Hemant Mathur has arranged a private gathering, closing the restaurant exclusively for our group. This early evening event provides a relaxed setting to connect with fellow Skålleagues and guests ahead of embarkation.
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of six chef-prepared appetizers, along with two servings of wine or beer per person and a full range of soft drinks, all within a private, hosted setting in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, with a cash bar available for additional beverages.
This event is open to both registered NASC 2026 attendees (and their guests) and Skålleagues or guests who are not attending the Congress.
