Dr. Youcheng Wang is an award-winning researcher and international expert in destination marketing and management. A Fellow of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism, he has authored four books and over 150 scientific publications. His work focuses on hospitality strategy, technology, and customer relationship management. Dr. Wang also serves as Co-Editor of the Journal of Destination Marketing & Management and sits on multiple industry boards.
